History Channel’s Cities of the Underworld series is a great program. The Budapest edition shooting was made with the assistance of Richard Bogdan, and became a real hit between the plenty of films about Budapest. The crew and Richard spent weeks discovering what is hidden underneath the surface of the Hungarian capital.
The Fireworks video was filmed in and around Budapest. The most famous locations, like the Chain bridge and the Castle district are easy to recognize. The final dance scene, shot at the Royal Palace, was made by 250 hardcore Katy Perry fans, winners of a contest. Those enthusiastic people were finally brought face-to-face with their heroine.
The World Heritage Site Tokaj wine region has been producing ’the king of wines and the wine of kings’, the Tokaji Aszu for over 450 years. Crowned rulers of Europe were regular customers of the wines made from grapes which ripen on the sunny hill until late fall giving them high sugar content. Richard Bogdan is talking about the Tokaj wine for Travel Channel.
