We view the Synagogue from the outside, have a look at the Holocaust Memorial and the Jewish district of Budapest, and get a panoramic view of the Danube.

On the Buda side we go up Gellert Hill to the Liberation Monument, from which there is a stunning view of the capital.

We visit the Castle with the Royal Palace, and the surrounding area with some medieval remains, the Hungarian National Gallery, the Szechenyi Library, and the Mathias Fountain, at the top of the funicular.
In the civil part of the Castle we see the Fishermen’s Bastions and the Mathias Church, the Holy Trinity Monument, the Hungarian National Archive, and get a fantastic view of both Pest and Buda.
